Vaping at a trade show

Had an interesting experience at the Housewares Show in Chicago. I have been attending this event for many years and the convention center is a non-smoking facility for good reason…primarily that years and years ago the whole darn place burned down, so totally justifiable. So through the years I have seen the whole place change from a smoking tolerant facility where union workers would routinely share a cigar with me to where you can’t smoke anywhere, but outside the facility. So I brought my e-cig with me this year to see what would happen and the good news is absolutely nothing. People did notice, but they were more curious, plus no flame baby…I could just put it down on the table and never worry about a stray ash setting a box on fire. It was totally cool and I got my nicotine fix. I even turned a few of the laborers on to Bloog and e-cigarettes. Gonna bring a few more next year and spread the word…PEACE!

 

How to fill an E-cigarette Cartomizer

Well finally took some time to take some picture to show how to fill an e-cigarette cartomizer. This allows you to make your cartomizers (or carts) last longer. I like this method, because you can control the amount of nicotine juice you insert into the cartomizer so it does not drip out of the cartomizer and into the battery…juice in your battery is bad and ruins the battery for sure. So here goes….

Bloog, Liquid Fusion E-cigarette juice.

Start with a bottle of juice, a cartomizer and a cap. Just use your thumb and forefinger to remove the cap...really easy

Fill your cap about halfway with your favorite e-cigarette juice

Filling an e-cigarette cartomizer

This Dry E-Cig Cartomizer Needs Some Liquid Fusion Juice

Half Full Cap Ready for a Cartomizer

Start to push your cartomizer into the juice filled cap

E-cigarette Juice, Nicotine Juice, Bloog, Bloog planet

Gently push down on the e-cigarette cartomizer

Now filp over your e-cigarette cartomizer with the cap on

Now give the cap a tap with your forefinger

Allow the final drops of e-juice to flow into the cartomizer

Remove the cap to reveal the fully saturated cartomizer

Wipe off any E-cigarette juice residue and reinsert the cap

Juicy Monday….

Okay so it’s Monday and I was low on my cartomizers…sort of like filters on a regular cigarette. But with my e-cigs they provide the nicotine and produce the vapor. Still working on the cutting down on the nicotine part, but that will come with time. Anyway my cartomizer was running a bit dry…and it was not producing a lot of vapor so I went online and watched this video about how to refill the cartomizer…not super polished video, but it tells the story pretty simply, so it helps….anyway I may either take some raw video my self or some pics soon to show everyone in a quicker format. But the juice works…I got my nicotine and was vaping in no time flat…hoorray!

Hanging out with baseball dads…

Well so far I’ve been a good soldier and have kept off my old buddy Mr. Cigarette. But now baseball training has started and my friends still duck out of the indoor complex for a drag while our sons workout with the coach….talk about TEMPTATION…arrrrrgggghhhh…they’re puffing away in front of me and I’m vaping…it certainly helped a lot because I wasn’t standing there looking at them with nothing in my hand or trying to avoid them to avoid the temptation all together…it took a lot of willpower to avoid the urge to bum a cigarette from them, but my e-cig helped get me through…thank you to my wife for getting me an e-cig instead of the patch or gum….would have never made it. PEACE!
